Privacy Policy Announcement

Customers are advised that the AXA PARTNERS companies that operate in Italy (AXA FRANCE VIE SA - General Representative for Italy, AXA FRANCE IARD SA - General Representative for Italy, INTER PARTNER ASSISTANCE SA - General Representative for Italy) (collectively the ‘Data Controllers’) have updated their Privacy Policy for insurance products.

The update is aimed at making the information clearer, completer and more transparent, without substantial changes to the purposes of the processing, which remain as follows.

· purposes of executing the insurance contract or executing pre-contractual measures

· purposes of fulfilling legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.

· purposes of pursuing a legitimate interest, in any case related to the above-mentioned insurance purposes of executing the contract and fulfilling legal obligations.

· marketing and profiling purposes (we may process data for these two purposes only and exclusively if, when signing the insurance contract, even if on-line, you are asked in the forms to give or withhold your consent to such processing).

The Privacy Policy of the company INTER PARTNER ASSISTANCE SERVICES S.R.L. has also been updated, as well as the Privacy Policy of the suppliers and business partners of AXA PARTNERS companies in Italy.
