It also protects the client against the financial loss incurred in relation to the amount of compensation not covered by the principal insurance due to the application of an excess or deductible.

Copy of the valid Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate (Art. 11 IVASS Reg. 40/2018).
Evidence of the Bank/Post Office current account used by the intermediary for the purposes of asset segregation(Art. 63 Reg. IVASS 40/2018).
Copy of the valid surety policy, if opted for as an alternative to the CC (Art. 64 Reg. IVASS 40/2018).
Intermediary activity manager documents (identity card and tax code).
