Dear Policyholder/Insured, We inform you that the General Representation for Italy of the insurance company Inter Partner Assistance S.A. ( hereinafter referred to as ‘IPA Italy’) has transferred its Operations Centre/Organisational Structure to the service company Inter Partner Assistance Service S.r.l. ( hereinafter referred to as ‘IPAS’), a company which is also part of the AXA S.A. Group, as of 01/04/2025. As from that date, claims handling for policies issued by IPA Italy will be carried out by IPAS, it being understood that the telephone numbering on the terms and conditions of insurance will remain unchanged.
