- C.9.1.3.5 - The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not communicated correctly to assistive devices or has not been implemented correctly.
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for exceptions provided by the regulation (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 ratio.
- C.9.2.1.1 - Some functions cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interface).

- C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires input actions from the user.
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links, and components generated by scripts...), name, role, states, properties, and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without having to move the focus.
