In order to constantly raise the quality level of the services offered to our customers, we have adopted since 2002 a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the European standard ISO 9001:2015 (formerly ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008).

The System is finalized to the implementation of the "Quality Policy" at all levels by means of:

  • analysing the company context and listening to the needs of the Stakeholders;
  • systematic and transparent monitoring of company processes;
  • dealing with issues through well-defined corrective or improvement actions;
  • constant verification of customer satisfaction by means of customer satisfaction surveys.

The achievement and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certificates Underlines the Comapanies willingness and concrete commitment to make Quality an integral part of the corporate culture, while maintaining, as a primary objective, the provision of services in line with the needs and expectations of clients.
